RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
I am happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to me in fully sellable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.
I reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not damaged. I will gladly organize a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had an ordered a different painting, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. I will go above and beyond to help you with returns and swaps, but in all instances, these will be at my discretion and will be dealt with reasonably and fairly.
Unfortunately I do not replace damaged items or product discrepancies after 30 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left my premises then I will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge me. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
